Tour is situated between the European capitals Vienna and Bratislava, the Donau-Auen National Park preserves the last remaining major wetlands environment in Central Europe. Here, the Danube is still free flowing and is the lifeline of the National Park. It creates a habitat for numerous animals and plants, some of which are rare species.
We will be crossing not only the main flow of the Danube river but also the strictly protected Danube’s river arms. Some parts are very difficult to access when water level is too low. Because we don’t want disturb wildlife this guided tour is limited for up to five people.

early in the morning (individually)
We require at least a basic experience with sea kayaks. However, physical fitness and health are more important. We will paddle at least 50 km in all weather conditions.
The exact route will be tailored to the experiences and physical condition of the group, to the current weather and the water level of the Danube river.
